Mr. Eyal Tal established the firm “E. Tal – Law Office & Notary” on 1999.

 

The offices are situated in Haifa (Main) and Tel Aviv (Brance).

 

The founder, Mr. Eyal Tal, graduated Mancheater Law School in Israel with LLB Degree in Law and the University of Haifa's Law school with an LLM in Law (Emphasis on commercial, Industrial and Tax Law), and started his own Law Firm in 1999.

 

The firm has expanded, but still we maintain the same family-like atmosphere among our employees and clients.

 

Since 2006 Mr. Eyal Tal is a Member of the New York State Bar (USA) and gives legal advice to clients in both: local and cross border cases that involve entities from two or more States

 

From the beginning, Diversification, creativity and professionalism contribute to the advancement of E. Tal – Law Office & Notary and to hold on to the same clients for many years.

Commercial, Corporate

 

Our corporate practice handles various business transactions in creative and thorough ways. As needed, our corporate lawyers work closely with our special consultants (in Israel, U. S. And Europe) in various fields (such as Electricity issues, benefits and compensation, intellectual property rights, securities regulations, compliance and enforcement and tax attorneys) when dealing with intricate transaction assignments.

 

Electricity

We advise companies who are active in Industrial Electricity practice in low to high voltage interconnection projects; we also represent clients in projects of Photovoltaic (PV) installations in Israel, erection of PV Rooftop power plants of at least one (1) megawatt in Israel with a target project (non-leveraged) of at least 8% for each single project.  

We also help clients to comply with all rules and regulations of the Israeli Public Authority, to reach a successful connection to the grid, "running in" test period and the obtaining of a final energy production license.

 

Environmental Law

 

 

We are engaged in an active litigation, transactional and regulatory practice, representing clients in a wide variety of environmental matters.

We represent companies in civil and criminal enforcement proceedings and in a broad range of private environmental litigation, including contractual, statutory cost recovery, contribution, indemnification and toxic tort actions. 

 

Industrial Technology, Entrepreneurs

 

 

The firm represents clients that were active in the field of  "Saving Energy Systems" based on technology which uses the magnetic energy retention of ceramic magnets in France Belgium, Monaco & Hungary.

Land Property Law, Zoning and Planning

 

We work regularly with Zoning and Planning Authorities, and developers with respect to a wide range of properties and transactions.

For many years and most recently, we have assisted in the successful cadastral registration of several neighborhoods in Israel. We are counseling in many zoning plans, landmark, and other land-use approvals.

 

 

We are counseling on major mixed-use projects, which include industrial, commercial, complex residential and elder-houses, and provide to these projects vast knowledge and experience. 

We have both assisted in and facilitated the development or redevelopment of numerous projects, regional centers, and urban developments.

We represent Planning Commissions in various litigations, including litigation on behalf of the General Prosecution.

 

Real Estate

 

Our real estate practice, is national in scope and encompasses a broad range of transactions, including capital markets and financing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, construction and development projects, leasing, real estate investment trusts and cadastral registration in the national land registrar.

We also have an active land use practice, representing developers and institutional clients before various Planning Commissions, and other regulatory agencies.

We represent corporations in structuring tax incentives, grants and financing and, when necessary, handle real estate litigation.

 

Municipal law

 

We advise to Municipalities, corporations and individuals in various matters of municipal taxes and litigation.

 

Civil Law and Litigation

 

Our litigators represent Israeli and foreign businesses and individuals in various cases and other complex matters. Our attorneys are active in trial and appellate matters in districts and supreme courts, arbitration and mediation. We also act on behalf of clients in public-interest issues.

Our lawyers represent clients in corporate, and shareholder litigation, environmental liability, government contracts, technology, professional liability, tax matters and all forms of commercial and labor litigation.

We advise clients in most areas of tax law. The department's practice includes work on a variety of financing, including those in both private equity offerings and counseling to public capital markets. We also participate in real estate transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring matters, tax planning matters, tax controversies and individual tax planning.
